Bluetooth Headset for calls while driving

Please suggest a good headset. Which is can wear for hours without pain. Price is not an issue.
I had previous bought Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth Headset from Amazon but withing 3-4 days it developed snag which is mentioned in many reviews that it disconnects and reconnects automatically.
So have returned that product to amazon under their 10 days return policy.

I got that headset and even returned it to Amazon. The stick it had for wearing it over the ear, is so bad that you can hardly wear it for 30 mins continously. After that your ear will ache. Volume was low and there was no option to change that. Otherwise as well i didnt like it.
