Bottom margin Advertisement intrudes excessively into viewing space

I am an HDTV subscriber with Tata Sky.
My complaint is about an irritating new advertisement.
The advertisement intrudes excessively high into the viewing space -- 33% of the height.
The advertisement is for some LED TV
The Tata Sky Progam Guide is obscured.
Also News channels Ticker Tape is obscured by this new advertisement.

I have drawn a yellow line to indicate this ad's boundaries.

Please notify the advertiser and/or somebody at Tata Sky, whose job is to monitor advertisements.

wow. this is the kind of shit that would get me to find a new operator. but sadly Tata Sky was the best of the rest. i haven't checked on dad's tv yet but if this becomes a norm on tata sky, i would probably check the status of airtel and move to it.

Try reaching them out to first through E-mail and CC (Both) --> Then through Twitter --> Finally the broadcast ministry(there is a department there for complaints regarding things broadcasted on television, i don't remeber it's name sorry).

Don't skip any step, making a paper-trail is essential.

This doesn't look like a Tata Sky thing. Must be your smart TV showing the ad, is it a Xiaomi TV?

This looks like a TV menu. My suspicion is that the TV is in Demo Mode where in it displays the features of the TV in a loop.
Try disabling demo mode from settings. If the TV is not in Demo Mode, use "Exit/Back" keys on your TV remote to hide this menu.

It’s your LED TV that is the culprit here not Tata Sky. Try turning off demo mode as suggested by @venkatachar
