Bought Mi 4A Gigabit, How do I install OpenWRT?

I got Mi 4A Gigabit Edition Router from flipkart sale, I want to install openwrt on this, I got a video on youtube explaining how to do it but he used linux, I have windows only. Someone please be so kind on me and tell how do I proceed?

Running a docker build on Linux is much easier than getting it to work on Windows, you can always use VMware and passthrough the port.
Also, you won't find mtd operation in windows build which has been used to write to flash.

Windows Subsystem for Linux won't work for this?

Subsystem does not allow direct access to the network interface. Also, docker needs access to UNIX INIT, which the subsystem does not have.

I have only watched many videos and it all has confused me.
