Well it's official now. The match has been abandoned due to heavy rain and India and Scotland share the points 1-1. This means that India must beat Pakistan tomorrow or lose by a margin small enough for them to have a better run-rate than Scotland in order to progress to the next round. And if it gets washed out tomorrow as well, India and Pakistan will go through to the next round.:thumbsup:

Thank god it rained. It would have been shameful if Scotland had won, even in the bowl outs or whatever. Then Aaj Tak would have run headlines like - Dhoni ke dhurandar parasth. Bharat ki Scotland ke haathon sharmnak haar. Uggh.

OK. I am sold on 20-20. Tests for the purists. 20-20 for wholesome entertainment. ODIs are dead. Long live 20-20.

A truly memorable match ! The victory was sweet but i was mighty impressed with our overall fielding which has vastly improved. Pathan's comeback was so composed and Harbhajan bowled beautifully. Agarkar as i was expecting nearly gifted the match to pakistan in the penultimate over and i hope he is dropped for good. He has never been an economical bowler in his career and will always be a liability in 20-20. Watching Agarkar is annoying because he has talent but has been under utilizing it since a long time. The less said about our batting the better. Apart from Uthappa who is looking a quality player and Dhoni , we never got going.

Given the conditions and pak attack, i think we made a decent enough score to win :D ... I agree on agarkar... I don't know how he manage to find a place in every team ...

I can't see live F1 qualifying listed today either on Espn or Star Sports.... Its just 3 hrs... :wall::madness:

You can watch it deferred-live (a DD invention) at midnight on Star Sports. The race is live though, tomorrow evening.
