One thing which i hate about SD is that of the sports channels pack........apart from that i dont have any issues on the tamil channel pack except few tamil channels which are missing ......

When 15 sun channels is not everthing then why TS wanted it? Why a big fight for that? Jaya was allowed to start the channels and Test card was there for a very long time. But Jaya tv took long time to start a channel because of wanted resources like employees.
SUN channels are no. 1 not only in India but also abroad. (I have seen in Middle-East people purchasing SUN subscription for C-band). Any operator would like to have SUN channels, but SUN seemed reluctant to provide channels as they were planning their own DTH, if their channels were available on then available DTH (DISH & Tata Sky) market in TN would have swept by these operators and it would have been difficult for SUN DTH. But in end TDSAT ruled in favour of TATASKY and SUN had to provide channels to TATASKY (and eventually to DISH also)
Some are telling Sun don't allow other channels on their platform because of bad ethics. In that case TS should have added all the channels in India. Did they do it? They didn't even add Zee channels, because Zee give tough competation to Star Plus. As TS is run by Tata and Star group it easily understood why they don't allow Zee channels. Atleast Sun has added almost all the important Tamil channels including their no.1 enemy Jaya tv, unlike TS which refuses Zee
I dont agree about bad ethics. TATASKY didn't removed ZEE's all channels, infact ZEE's all popular channels like ZEE TV, CINEMA, NEWS, BUSINESS, MARATHI, etc are available which are no. 1 (e.g. ZEE MARATHI) and provide tough competition are still added by TATASKY. Reason 13 channels were removed was that ZEE demanded more amount for comparitively unpopular channels which TATASKY then removed (though 2 are now added after ZEE provided individual channels again after words from TDSAT).

Sun tv quality is way better in SD and compared to that Vijay tv quality might look poor. They look the same even in Cband. But in TS both Sun and Vijay quality are poor so they look same. I have already posted a Cband feed of Kalignar still no compared it with TS's Kalignar Tv. As it is very poor in TS. Same it the case with other channels.
I dont understand in what sense you are saying Sun, Vijay and Kalaignar TV are in poor quality on TS. TS advantage is only its Quality Video and Overall Service. That is why I am still with TS.

Neither do I. For this you need a high grade tv tuner card with high resolution data capture capability and a seven octave harmonium to hear the vibrant pictures and excellent clarity of kalaignar logo. Simpler souls must accept what others say.

Zee Tamil is not available in any other DTH platform.Its available only in Dish TV. Is that channel exclusive for Dish or any other DTH not intrested to show this channel? :rofl:
Its not an exclusive channel for Dish TV alone but at this point of time other Dish TV none of them are providing that channel........
But in Hathway cable chennai they are providing the channel ........

High grade tv tuner card what a....! The picture I posted was a simple Cband feed and no high quality stuff was inculded. TS isn't as good as you all believe. You need to look at other dths to know about their pros. From yours and and Asdfgf's posts I am clear that you both have very well understood that TS's quality was much poor than my screen shot. That is enough. You are never going to admit it openely.
Better post TS screenshots for comparision or stop commenting about others who get a better quality than TS. Don't waste everyone's time.

This what is good and what is not is very controversial. There are lotta of people out there who love Raj Tv and then there are people who love Zee Tamil. Adding Zee tamil is not totally in hands of TS alone. Its upto Zee people as well, who by the way,
