If you disconnect the fiber cable then itll change i think (on Huawei).
Double NAT is generally bad for latency and performance as both Huawei and Tenda will have to do NAT/Routing.
You will also get all the software features of Tenda router as well. Port forwarding would be easier too, you can enable UPNP on Tenda and open NAT for games and stuff (wont be possible with double nat).
Its because the router/pc is syncing at 100Mbps instead of Gigabit as it should. Very likely the cable connecting Huawei and Tenda is the problem. Can you send pic of that cable?
