If you don't have software upgrade under system mangement then the method I gave will not work. Ig Airtel updated there firmware again to patch this.

So the next best option is to buy a ONT which i can put in bridge mode and use with my router.
Any recommendations i want the existing phone line to also work with the same.

I have both Airtel and Jio Broadband. So something that is compatible and work with both will help.
The filre cable connectors on my current Airtel and Jio Broadband are green in color.

Brdr, if you want a reliable ONT that works with both, Jio and Airtel, then you could go with XX530v!
But please note that Jio landline won't work with it.

I may be able to procure an unlocked F670L from a friend but he was using it with Hathway. Will that work. My only worry is currently it's on unlocked firmware . Can airtel push a firmware update from back end and lock it. Don't want to spend time and effort in getting stuck again Or is there any way I can keep it running unlocked.

Quick question for unlocked router, will i be able to just do the settings and use it with Airtel.
What about serial no, does that also needs to be changed. As my existing router and the unlocked router will have different serial no.

I have Software Version V9.0.10P1N16B should I upgrade? My router is already unlocked but I am still not able to use it with my local ISP provider, I am hoping to completely make it stock ZTE router so I can use it with any ISP

Bad news, i thought my router was unlocked , but each time after changing the settings it keeps going back to default admin pass which is the mac. Also not seeing any option for firmware update.
