broadband check usage selfcare id not activated from last 2 months.

hello i have registerd on Loading Portal... about 2 months ago with my customer id.

and i still did not got activated i tried calling customer care today and he is saying he dont even know what is selfcare?

and when i try to reset password of selfcare portal it says,.

You cannot unlock account/reset password because:
Your Registration Request is pending with BSNL Call Center Agent for Approval. Once approved, you will receive an email with your Login Credentials.
For further clarification, please contact BSNL Customer Care.

please somebody help i need to check usage of my broadband data.
