Broadband for east delhi, Vivek Vihar

Hi guys,
I'm currenlty using Airtel, but I'm fed up with it because I have a 2 Mbps plan, and I rarely get 512 kbps, plus numerous numerous connection drops. So, I'm on the lookout for a new ISP.
What are some other good ISPs?

I don't want very high speed, but a good data limit.
