So Almost 3Lakhs For Laying a Km of Fiber. How do the Present companies even Recover from the present customers?
Beam already does this. atleast in the hyderabad city. and it also has high speed-low priced plans. hows this possible?

yeah. usa is probably the only developed market where some people do not have access to anything better than dialup. :)

and satellite!

First, Beam Telecom is funded by Venture Group so financially they are too strong.
Second, they are in the market since a long time but only developed in the last 2 years when the funding began.
Third, even Beam is unable to lay underground cable . Future is uncertain what will happen when Metro Excavation starts and all those fiber are pulled to ground.

I don't see any point why anyone cannot succeed with such favorable conditions.

Will they Choose Colonies to Build Metro? They can Lay it in the colony and If you go to Hmda office you will get the plan paper. Or they proceed forward avoiding the route where the project has been planned

Broadband Subscriber Base September 2011:

Just to update you Guys. Beam has Bit Higher Subscriber than PAN India Provider TATA. :confused:

Sept 2010 Figures(To compare):

Airtel Just 30396 in 1year. Shame!
