Broadband Not Getting Connected

guys help me!!!!i m not getting conected to bsnl broadband since last two days......the greenlamp of "internet" is not getting ON....can ne help me with this....i tried to connect thru the modem address(inside modem)...bt its also not getting connected frm ter....m using BSNL' ZTE -ZXDSL831 A||(modem)tell hw to chk it if its workingplzzz help meee

roky 07th night the connection was down for me also. this problem was not related to modem or os, this problem was from bsnl only. in every month this happend 2 or 3 nights. In morning problem was solved itself around 09:00am
