The plan is called Super Plus OTT. There isn't much details of which 25+ OTT will be included. My guess is that it will be provided via Playbox TV. Also, can't change it via selfcare or whatsapp because it will be a downgrade plan-wise. They should have introduced it for all plans or at least higher priced plans which already have a few OTTs.
