BSNL 1gbps plan in Kolkata offering 9.5TB FUP at 4799rs (post FUP 45mbps)

I'm not sure about BSNL's fiber services, but their move to increase FUP limits in most plans gives me hope for the current telecom and broadband industry.
I might be a noob, but sometimes I feel like the 1TB limit in AirFiber is a glimpse of a future where plans below ₹1000 offer 1TB, while only those above ₹1000 provide 3.3TB or more
