Bsnl 25% cashback-How to check whether it’s credited?

I paid for yearly plan this March(25% cashback scheme was available at that time)..How to check whether the amount is credited?I visited bsnl portal but couldn’t get any information..If someone has any idea about this pls share or any bsnl website to check this?

If it's credited should up as a payment or credit in the bill or check the outstanding amount in the portal, it would be negative.

Probably not credited then.
