Bsnl 3g data card teracom lw272 for mac os x 10.4(tiger)

hello ALL; Just recently i have purchased a BSNL 3g teracom lw272 card with BSnl sim. i suppose technically it has all feasibilities, yet the DL speed is dead slow only intermittently (rarely in nights) does it touch 250 kbps above on HSPA n UMTS network. I use a MACBOOK with a tiger MAC OS X 10.4. it says it needs leopard 10.6 for a MAC installation. strange, for tiger is quiet new. Could anyone offer me to suggets how, if there is any possibility, to crack the installer and load it on mac os x 10.4. would be of great help..Thanks in advance. need it at t earliestANY queries relating to t lw272 u could write to me. i am using terracom usb data card lw272 ver1.0 .i am in 3g network and quite near to the tower .i am getting umts/hsdpa signal.but my main problem is that i am not getting 3.6mbps speed as it says.what i am getting is MAX RECEIVED SPEED=48KBps .this is what i am getting everytime i connected to internet.my download hardly give avg . of 25-50 kbps,on torrent it gives 35-65 kbps..can you pls help me what is the problem?
