bsnl 3g data speed problem

I m living in katraj area in pune... from last 4 days ie from 19th june 2011, I m getting just 180 KbPS for BSNL 3G DATA CARD as well as in my hsdpa phone..... having full signals in my home.
is there any kind of network problem for bsnl 3g in pune plzzzzz help me

I don't think there is problem in my area. May be there is more congestion in network there!

Tested in Katraj itself yesterday.got 1.5 mbps over a sped test and got 1.3 mbps constant over link-removed.what is the network you are getting in katraj? i got full network.

I m getting full coverage in my home...but speed never cross over 400 kbps.....and average speed is 180 kbps

I recharged my 3g data card sim with stv98 (for 2g).......and from that day I m getting just 15-18 kBps speed after that I recharged with 3g data plan then also same problem..... help me out

@adil im also having the same problem. im getting 20 kB/s speed since the day i recharged my sim with 98 rs gprs plan. im still getting the same speed even after i recharged my sim with 100 rs (250 mb/month) 3G data plan. please help if anybody knows the solution to this problem.

yes dude.......due to this I took another sim card(new conn) again I recharged it with gprs plan...........and from the next day same problem....and the speed never came back

for this to work. u have to activate gprs again, by sending sms "gprspre" to 5733. i have confirmed this form bsnl customer care. then only u will get back ur 3g speed in 3g plan
