BSNL 3g Dongle problem on Ubuntu 13.10.

Hi there ,i have Bsnl 3g dongle model no. LW273 which is working nice on windows system but when i am using it on Ubuntu 13.10 it's not working, attached screenshot shows that it is connected but not activated as highlighted with black circle,i have already tried sakis3g script ,wvdial and many other possible solutions,so is there anyone who can help on this.
