Bsnl 3g modem stuck

my bsnl 3g modem is stuck because i think i inserted another network sim card.. actually i dint knw dat it will lock my device.. i was attempting to unlock my device.. bt now device is nt detected by computer.. though i hv re-installed the 3g software.. green light in the modem do not appear.. only red light is blinking.. pls help me.. how can i use my device again?
