If I can access maps instantly it will do, and music maybe. I did a few speed tests while I was on a day trip last November and found 4G in certain areas and these areas had 4G for the past few years but unfortunately I don't have them anymore as I formatted the phone and don't remember the numbers but it was good enough.
@Tejas01 Coverage is commendable though , cause i got 40mbps speeds indoors. But the thing is bsnl has configured it so badly half of the time the band doesn't get latched. It take couple of journeys through airplane mode to get the coverage. I don't know what were they thinking when deploying 4g through this band. Majority of phones doesn't support b28 on 4g
I checked my BSNL sim connected to Mikrotik LTE router after nearly 6 months. It is on Rs.201 plan. It has been migrated from 3G to LTE, with the following bands supported... 1,2,3,7,8,20,38,40 . Circle: TN. Currently, I'm connected to band 1. Happy to see some progress with BSNL.
Here they have launched LTE on band 28 (700Mhz) which has like fantastic coverage at least in the city areas.
But the Volte is not working and the Circuit switch is really faulty due to which the calls get missed.
