ok so was making payments of household bills
bsnl gave me this weird error on the lines of "something went wrong.." at the end
happened to me first time..
though money is debited from my a/c i cross checked online statement n also got sms/email alert for the same..
what to do? who to message/call?
or will they automatically update "pay" to "paid" later?
