BSNL BB payment failed but deducted from a/c

ok so was making payments of household bills
bsnl gave me this weird error on the lines of "something went wrong.." at the end
happened to me first time..
though money is debited from my a/c i cross checked online statement n also got sms/email alert for the same..
what to do? who to message/call?
or will they automatically update "pay" to "paid" later?

Happened to me once. Babus gave me middle finger. Said they can do nothing. Computer kare ge jo karega. I even contacted bank. they gave me same reply. hum kya kar sakte hai, bsnl walo ke pass jao. But after three days my payment got updated on bsnl portal. If payment got deducted from your bank account and you got error on portal then wait for 3 to 4 days. Between you and I are from same city

Don't worry, it would either reach BSNL after 3-4 days or it will be refunded to your account. Happened to me many times.

pay now button is barred right now. can't click..

hope they got the payment and wont add as arrears to next bill. status says " Paid at Portal"

Good. As chromanic said, pay the online bill after midnight. mostly on the daytime both bsnl and bank server is overloaded. so better pay after 11.
download the receipt pdf from portal just in case.
on portal : My Services > View past payments
