BSNL Broadband 500 C+ disconnects at 2:40 a.m. everyday

Hi,I put automated download (using IE and utorrent)at night between 2-8.But from 2-3 days i m facing a problem, only 200mb is downloaded.I checked my usage and from there i got to know that the net disconnects at 2:40 a.m.Is anyone facing the same issue ?Please help!!!Thanks

Switch to "always on mode". My net stays rock solid during day time but at night between 2-8am, it disconnects and reconnects at least 6-7 times. I think that's very normal in kalyan which is the bsnl heartland of maharashtra. Still i manage to get a little more than 3gb at night. It's more than enough more me at least.

Mention your modem model make.Presume you are using "Dilaer"'bridged" mode.Which application you are using for automated downloads ?Check in WAN page IDLE time settings.Re enter in scheduler different times and testSay start at 0300AM and stop at 0755 AM.

If the AutoConfig tool is not working for you then you have to follow the steps mentioned in this post

Yes, just got a confirmation from the author that the code in AutoConfig tool has some bugs and it will be fixed soon in new version.

hey try to keep the username and password in modem..............it will automatically......when dis-connected........
