BSNL Broadband: Broadband speed is very very slow - please help.

i got these results from mumbai server of speedtest.net..even then my download speed is not crossing 30kbps.what mite be the problem?

Use a download manager such as Star Downloader or Free download manager.

I am getting only 500-600 Kbps (Mumbai server) since 2 days. I am supposed to get 2 Mbps on this 500C plan. Now, I have to run after those BSNL people.




And on foreign server(s) it's like 200-300 Kbps:



I am going to disconnect this horrible ISP soon.
Any idea what could be the reason for such slow speeds? There's no problem with the phone line and SNR values. They are the same from last 6 months. But this speed problem has cropped since last 2 days. :huh:
