Are you able to connect to internet ? If not, you have not configured properly.

ya bro i am able to connect to internet!Tell me is it necessary to add uname and pass in the WAN page?Means is it necessary that my modem should connect automatically when i switch on it,in order to access net on my 2nd PC?

Ya. Otherwise it will become system dependent. Other machine cannot work when the server is shut down. By assigning ID and password in modem, the process take place in the modem and you can connect 1 or 2 at the same time irrespective of other.

Ok then let me try once again!I will configure once again in PPPoE!Pls Tell me what values of IP and gateway i should enter in my both machines?Pls tell values for both!I am awaiting.

Set " Obtain IP address automatically ". Hope you have enabled DHCP in your modem.

Congrats. Take a back up of the current settings. You can simply restore it and get your modem working

bro but speed in the second pc is getting quite low.Any way to increase it?

1. Try TCP/IP optimizer from speedguide.net2. Set DNS values as 208.67.222.222 and 8.8.8.8.3. Download any file from Microsoft and check the speed.
