BSNL Broadband: Error code 651

I have BSNL UL 750, which was working fine till today morning 11 AM. @ coimbatore. Since then I am not able to connect to net using BSNL. Using Linksys AM300 ADSL modem connected to Asus RTN13U router - bridged mode. I tried to connect to net , connecting the ADSL modem directly to PC. Yet i am not able to connect.I get Error code 651 when i try to connect using PPPoE dial up. Any ideas ?Right now i am using Reliance EVDO handset connected to my PC for internet.

Problem reported in BSNL end elsewhere.
Call BSNL CC and ask them to verify PW and confirm connection.
(2) Try PPPoE "always On" enter/store ID/PW in wan page of modem.
(3) You may have to download dialup exe file of Vista.
( may not be needed )
