I just shifted to Gyan Khand 1 Indirapuram. SInce Airtel was not here I opted for Hathway Broadband. Been using it for a month now and I am just fed up from the services, I would have been ok had it only be the speed problem, but the downtime of this pathetic Internet service is like pain in teh A%$.. Almost every day the net goes down for an hour or two any time of the day, atleast 2-3 times. On peak hours the speed drop to 800 kbps to 1mbps (on a 4 mbps connection) and ping time is like 80-100 ms crazy .......
The unfortunate situation is that there is no other ISP here, except BSNL and Tikona. So I need to know if BSNL is worth shifting. Plus any fellow member using BSNL in Gyan Khand 1 Indirapuram, and can provide me first hand review. I would highly appreciate any help on this.
I do a lot of office work from Home and so Internet uptime is crucial to me.
