BSNL Broadband issues with disconnecting broadband

i have been using bsnl 250 for a year before i switched to bsnl 500 starting January 2010.however due to pressing circumstances i have to disconnect my bsnl connection by the end of this month. i understand that the minimum hire period for bsnl 500 is 3 months. what extra charges, if any , do i have to pay if i disconnect the plan from the end of this month?. will i have to pay anything in exces of the rs 500 that i would pay for this month's use?Thanks in advance for reading this....also to those who would kindly take the time to reply.Regards,Soumyadeep

# Minimum Hire period for all Broadband plans will be one month. In case of surrender of Broadband Connection after one month, the charges shall be recovered on pro-rata basis;
# In case of premature surrender of Broadband Annual plan option, the charges shall be adjusted on pro-rata basis taking the disconnected FMC rate. In addition one month full FMC shall be levied as early termination charges hence forth.

Give application for disconnection of BROADband
connection only and Landline is retained.
payments will be debited in Bill for Feb 2010.
If modem is on rent surrender and GET a receipt.
Outright purchase , you can retain it and use with any other ADSL BB ISP.
