BSNL Broadband Messed Up Again - High Packet Loss

BSNL Broadband services have been messed up again. I have been having extremely low speeds and DSLReport tests show a high packet loss. I cannot even get a page to load properly despite reloading 8-10 times This has been happening since last thursday. Anyone else affected in Calcutta?

IDK about Kolkata, but it's happening here in Pune. Probably an exchange issue. Need to talk with the techs there.

Yes I am also affected. I have 4mbps plan up to 20GB. But I always getting less than 1.5mbps. Logged complain 2-3 times but no luck. My downstream link always less than 2048Kbps but previously it was 8192Kbps. Planning for migrating to Airtel 4G or Airtel BB.

Well. Airtel still has tons of satisfied customers so what can I say if he is not happy with BSNL which worked better than Airtel for me!

I think it depends mainly on your area. At some places one ISP is good and at some other it is a different one. Does Airtel have higher FUP than BSNL ?
