BSNL Broadband Router Problem pls help!!!

hi dudeAm having BSNL BB 500C planFreqently the Username was resetted to Multiplay...how to resolve above problem?Is any firmware update needed?Give me a solution

Please mention the modem/router model/make.
or check in
BSNL BROADBAND MAIN MENU
After entering your userID (* preferably without @ bsnl.in)
Select in Maintenence SAVE REBOOT.
Wait for two minutes or so.
Re start the modem
give feedback.

i had saved the usr name in router and restarted
Most frequently it was automatically resetted to multiplay ?

Is this a Modem Problem ?

1.Could you connect to Internet after
entering UserID and Password in the modem ?
2.Did you select SAVE then click
Maintenence SAVE/REBOOT ?

3Under Maintenence see whether tr_069 client
menu is available disable it.DSL Router Reboot

The DSL Router has been configured and is rebooting.

Close the DSL Router Configuration window and wait for 2 minutes before reopening your web browser. If necessary, reconfigure your PC's IP address to match your new configuration.

helo.. i have ZTE zxdsl 531B modem.. in wireless network window, it detect the network but when i am trying to connect that i am not able to connect that.. so i have to use cable although i have wifi modem.. pls help me out..

bsnl changes there plan Rs 250 per month to rs 150 pes month for 1GB for rural area.is it is automatically applied to existing customers if yes pls provide me some document

you should qualify as a rural connection ( your exchange)
only very limited connections in each exchange. less than 30.
If you have BB connection contact CC of your exchange.
BSNL has changed the circular numbers. will update later.
