Interesting, the IP address range appears to be maintained by BSNL but assigned to some other provider.

sorry i shifted to jio 4g and i am much happier there now
on bsnl i was just getting 1.6 mbps @ a bill of 680/- per month
on jio my total bill is 450/- for 3 months
