BSNL Broadband: ShaPlus Bandwidth Meter

hi i am using home 500 connection so i need to monitor my usage but shaplus bandwidth is showing wrong details if i download 3 mB it is showing 10 mB may be due to my os ie win7 X64 .i tried many bandwidth meter but none of them have feature of excluding nu 2to8 wat to do any help !one more thing did i have to reboot the router now a days i am on nib2 server 198.***** !thanks !
