BSNL Broadband: Slow Download speed

HelloWhen i start download at about 5 45 am ...i just get 70 kb/s or sometimes it goes to 30kb/sday time speed is regular ....i get 227-228 kb/s Help !THX

I use BSNL Combo 500C+ (NU btw 2 and 8)

my problems are even worse...
On 25th morning at 5 or something my download speed decreased from 190KBps to 10KBps..so i lodged a complaint the same day.. The BSNL guys in my exchange called me up the same day and problem got rectified

Yest night as well i could download bout 1.5GB from 2 till 450 and suddenly speeds came down to 10KBps.. Couldn't lodge a complaint in the morning...
Does anyone else face this problem??

You dont know how pissed i am cos im browsing the web today with a dataone connection promising upto 2Mbps at speeds of a dial up connection 10 years back :impissed::madness::impissed:

And my SNR is 35.3 and 16.4
Although dwnld speeds are low my upload speeds are the same bout 50KBps
