Hi.. I having a problem right now.
[color=#800000;]I have a plan for 8 GB 2MBPS and after 8GB 512 KBPS unlimited. I always get upload speed around 40-50 KBPS on 2 MBPS and 512 KBPS both connection[/color].
Today after 4 PM i am getting upload speed around 5 KBPS. I don't know what happening here. Is anyone else having same problem or BSNL decreased the speed for my plan? Please anyone help me...

Download speed is going good, There is no change for my download speed.
