BSNL Broadband: very less speed in Home 500 package

Hello,
This is mani,
I am using Dataone home 500 plan.in the first month i had download speeds up to 150-170kB/sec.from the next month it got reduced to 22-24kB.Inspite of s4veral complaints being lodged there is no improvement in the Speed.They say the line is ok.i even formatted my system,Still no change.i am uploading my adsl2+ diagnosis plz check and say if it helps what might be the problem.MY link is always stable there is no problem with tht.I tried all tcp optimisers and also with default settings.now i am on default settings only.Waiting for early response.

seems Ok . Your D/L attenuation is high.
Presume you use adsl splitter and connect
ALL telphones to the PHONE PORT of the adsl
splitter.

Youcan uncheck adsl2+ and recheck snr.
Check speed here and give the data.

You can change BSNL DNS and try
8.8.8.8. and 208.67.220.220

Confirm modem is UT300r2U or beetel 220BXI.
 
yeah i am using a splitter..i tried connecting direct to router but my download spees is the same will do as said above and will reply.thankx for the reply mine is beetel 110bxi
 
Option 1 :
Try this:
Start RUN type cmd
OK
New Window will open
Type

ipconfig /flushdns
then again
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /registerdns
Option 2:
If still no improvement:
send a complaint to BSNL ALLIndia complaint cell.

Probably the port for you is connected to 256 Kbps server.
usually local BSNL CC will call you ,
and enquire what is the problem !

and check under "MY Orders" your tariff plan.
 
Am on Home Combo 500. The problem is during day time/ on Sundays / or evening, the net is pathetically slow and almost non existent. Otherwise in Morning from 6-8 AM I get good speeds of 190 KB download.This can't be related to my Home / Modem setup. The same setup works fine in Mornings, but not in Night, evening or day time. Anyone else facing this issue ? sometimes it takes lot of time to even connect/ User authentication/ Registering compute ron network etc.I use bridge mode.
 
Did the DNS flush,renew,and register.No improvement at all.so Boocked a Grevience complaint.will have to wait and see.

Your problem is ur download processing speed is low even after the several steps u proceed is it...?
Don't worry here is the solution for u:

your speed process will be good if u follow this...
1) Don't download lots of songs & videos.
2) Whenever u finished browsing clear ur cookies & then the private data in the browser.
3) Don't have too many icons ,shortcuts as well as taskbar...
4)Install virus s/w..
If u follow these steps u can feel sudden increase in download processing speed..
