bsnl broadband with iball baton adsl2+ router - iB-LR6111A

I've iball baton adsl2+ router - iB-LR6111A. If I use in bridge mode using ethernet .... the pc hangs. However with usb mode its ok.I've bsnl 512 ul plus home plan broadband connection. Just wanted to know how much costant speed should I get. :wall:

1.If you have user CD, check settings there for ethernetport/LAN connection.
2.Or In Device Manager check enable/disable or update drivers.
3.Post Device status screen shot for seeing similarity with any other modem.
Usually ehternet port connection improves speed.
4.download QUG and user manual.

MAX speed : 512/8= 64KB/sec ( *conditions apply)
usually surfing about 10 to 20 KB/sec
Download with Download managers vary from 10KB/sec to 40 KB/sec

this modem is also almost similar to Beetel 220BX family.Except the menupages appear in red color!!
Checked after downloading quick start and user manual.

seems you have selected PPPoE instead of "Bridged".
Did you enter your UserID or password in the modem wan page?

Select "Bridged in WAN page. SAVE Reboot. Wait for 2 minutes.
Use dialer to connect.

I have kept it in pppoe mode and it is working, but not bridge mode. I have tried the modem on my second system, using bridge mode and and it is working fine .... I looks like there is some problem in my system (LAN PORT). But how it pppoe mode working with the same lan port.:huh:

after the sh1tty experience with D-Link glb-802C router ,I just bought a ibaton iB-LR6111A .Can someone tell me the adsl modulation type which is the best for this router and bsnl dataone connection?currently it is g.dmt and annex a/l which I selected.

This modem is same as beetel 220Bx and ut300r2U New model of bsnl.
( pages may appear in RED !)

VPI/VCI for BSNL is 0 and 35.
No changes needed in Modem if it works with one system.
If in one system ( computer ) both " Bridged" and "Always On"
are working,
The ethernet card settings may be checked,
in the other system.
Start/ Network/LAN properties
TCp/IP
properties.
Also on top the ether net card details will appear.
click configuration and compare with first system.

Use VPI/VCI 0/32 or 0/35
Try on both.
