BSNL Broadband's new revolutionary (lol) broadband plans with minimum 2mbps speeds (lol)

Tikona i don't i haven't used it so can't tell much about it, but the forum has a section for this do check out the user reviews.
 
Damn, I'm back to 512 after huge download. It happened after rebooting the modem. Had downloaded 37GBs.

My brothers connection is still running at 2mbps so now using it to finish my pending downloads.

I have not used Tikona too and yeah that Legal Action drama I have heard of it on reviews but dont know for sure but their plans look pretty decent though
 
Why plans like 1091 CS 70 exists only in Chennai or Delhi or A.P. ? Does BSNL think the rest of the country need not such plans? Or is it that they don't have equiptment or infrastructure or subscribers or they plainly don't care? Fed up of this four-fold snailspeed.

I get you. There are few other ISPs in our capital but they are way too costly while being way too slow & I've heard from their subscribers that they are plagued with speed problems. So I have no other choice but to go with BCNL. Most of the physical routing here is done through HI-CAP antennas, (I think), because of the terrain, OFC not a choice, failure always happens during rainy season, & being an online player I can only but watch as the ping fluctuates from 60-800ms, landline failures are common and when I complain they say 'cannot work today because of rain' whereas outside, the electric people are working on transformers in the same rain. I feel we have uplifted them too much than they deserve. Kandhe pe bithaya, kaan me muut diya sale ne!
