BSNL Broadband's new revolutionary (lol) broadband plans with minimum 2mbps speeds (lol)

i doubt most people would even notice the speed bump. browsing would be a bit smooth for a few days and after that it would be back to basics. the general internet user is generally speaking not bothered about the speed of connection. if they have been using their 512kbps connection to access facebook until now, they can do that in the future as well.
 
Agree with you. BSNL won't loss any customer due to this stupid update as only those people are stick with BSNL who are either getting good/normal service or who don't have any other option except BSNL like in rural area. Moreover this update doesn't charge any extra bucks to customers so won't be any problem.

I can upload Speedtest of 999 Mbps via official Speedtest site.

The actual speed i am getting at this moment and I do get something upto 80-85mbps (when needed):- currently downloading @5.1 MBps...i.e. 40.8mbps.

Lol what right trick one of my friend did get 10MB/SEC ON TORRENT i saw in peer tab reliance ip giving 10mb/sec others isp 20 kb and 30 only its not a trick its possible on reliance

Going by your explanation, I might be downloading everything which is running on reliance network..... i guess!
