it was raining a lot these days and my internet(adsl) wasnt working , frequent disconnections and low downstream rates ,high snr etc .. but what i did was i made calls to my landline and from landline to mobile ,it helped somehow to make a connection for a while with less speed ,i was waiting if it gets solved by itself ,then today the bsnl calls me the line man would come to see about my complaint.. but i have not booked one ! i remember this has happend once before telling me i had complained !! but i havnt.. anyone had gone through this weird strange automatic complaint thingy ?? thanks
