BSNL changed upstream provider to Airtel

It was going nice and well but since today they changed the upstream provider to Airtel and change all the routing and peering. All the traffic is now going outside of India. Take a look at screenshots.

Before this google was directly peering with BSNL at Delhi(I am from north region.) and traffic was terminating at the 10th hop
But latency to Cloudflare improved from 35ms to under 20ms.

For me google is still peered with bsnl but yes cloudflare is going via airtel now (north region).
 
I just tried traceroute to youtube using Google DNS and now the traffic is now terminating directly to Google at Delhi. So they changed the IP to youtube on their north region DNS servers.
