Hello:I am in Bangalore and am planning to switch from Airtel to BSNL thanks to Airtel's atrocious 3G pricing. I am just wondering how is BSNL's coverage in Bangalore. I am ok if the 3G coverage is a little patchy, but as long as 2G voice and Edge works seamlessly I'd be more than happy to migrate. I am more interested in the Outer Ring Road area around and inside Cisco/Intel/RMZ Ecospace campuses. I know that BSNL's coverage is very good in Rural areas, highways, etc. But given the fact that I will be spending most of the time within the city, I would require the services to be dependable inside office buildings, etc.Would appreciate your experiences. 3G Coverage is not the best inside office buildings but EDGE reception should be good enough but otherwise in my case BSNL 3g network is preety decent - i usually use it in Domlur, in & around MG/Residency Road, Vijayanagar regions.

BSNL 3G coverage is many times better than Airtel 3G. Indoor coverage is best in BSNL 3G. Even if you don't get 3G signals, their EDGE speed is again better than Airtel.Note: I am a subscriber of BSNL3G and Airtel 3G :grin:
