I am quite confused about bsnl plans why they are saying that bsnl cut down their rates by 50 % instead of saying that they have introduced a new plan.

coolguy.. well this is the scene... the lady receptionist of bsnl (let's call her ms. durga) visits the head of the advertising agency which manages their accounts and notices the artwork for the new ad, which specifies the monthly charges @ rs.250/- she does not wait to read the details.. rushes back to the office of bsnl and states.. `we have slashed our rates by 50%'... everyone believes what ms. durga has said... the rest, as you all know, is history... pupudada!p.s.: all the characters in this story are fictionary... any resemblances with persons, companies etc.. living or dead.. are pure co-incidence
