Bsnl EVDO Card in punjab

I want to know more about evdo card. i m living in Punjab 90 km away from chandigarh city, so I want to use Evdo card in my city is it is possible to have same speed of 2Mbps speed in my city or speed change, What will be speed in other cities rather than chandigarh and what will be speed while travelling in smaal villages?:S

It is available in Jallandhar

I think in Ludhiana , it is available in just few areas. Like in Jalandhar , but response is very good , people specially businessman opt for this Technology due to freedom of mobility

due to politics reason , but do not worry it is up shortly, it is in testing phase , i used it , speed is great
