My CDMA sim is connecting to 1x and not evdo. I brought new CDMA sim for 50rupees and activated with rupees 55 plan. Do I need to do anything to get evdo plan. Please let me know.

@Pavan122 you need to activate evdo on cdma sim, i don't know much about it so look into threads you'll get it and make sure you are not in one of those circles where cdma services are shutting down. First see if there's evdo signal then recharge with any evdo plan to test.

If you are thinking of connecting to bsnl evdo then you need to activate EVDO in your BSNL sim , may be you just asked for CDMA sim. On the other hand you may be under Non-EVDO coverage area. Lat case may be check your dongle it shoudl be zte 2766/ some XXXX but never should be Huawei , becase bsnl evdo works only in 1x mode with huawei , Lastly in setting of your datacard UI have you checked the mode - It should be EVDO only mode maybe you are using it in Hybrid or 1X mode .
