i did a search where is telg server located, found its located at uae , so i went to ookla and did a speed test with dubai server - download was ok - upload 0-2 mbps !, i kindly request others to check the speed in selected dubai server , thank you .

internet , some server channels show ok upload speed, but telgram showed too bad , so wanted to see if it can be some server thingy that telegram located at - so and my post about that. uae servers are worst for upload than any other servers , the speedtest in google search page shows 2-10 mbps upload but this uae servers in ookla - never crosses 1-2 mbps upload . just before a month really upload were symmetric with download . no idea what happend, the staffs asked me ip address and said its good, and told me to reboot the modem, and lineman cleaned the fiber glass with alcohol --nothing improved the upload , lastly the staff said he can try if comes around my house , gota screw wtih them on monday again ..
and btw i have no idea or staffs who or why the cables are cut and thrown at streets , and black box stolen . they were takling to themselves about that ! crazy !

Assuming your OS as Windows and Telegram desktop app running, open Resource Monitor and select Telegram from the list, then go to Network tab, under TCP connections check the remote address. Try uploading and check if any new IP address shows up. Use any IP address data checking service such as ipinfo.io and find the data related to those IP address. Then tell me if you see any address related to dubai.

thanks @sloj i checked as you said, nothing related to uae address lol , it was singapore and maharastra ip address. and checked upload speed with those maharastra and singapore - i get only 4-5 mbps . i dont know what they will do in modem, i dont see any dns, its all blank

It's possibly a limit set on your upload speed either automatically or by mistake. I had to make a complaint on selfcare, then it was possibly forwarded to LCO, explained it to them and they realized it was beyond their scope as download was fine. They possibly forwarded it back to BSNL and it took some days but my speed was back to normal. Even a few days back upload was low when I did a random speedtest after feeling something wrong with pages loading but it went back to normal within the hour. Since you have a constant low upload issue just ask LCO to forward the issue to whoever can check and fix that at BSNL.

thank you @sloj yes true, the time when some were complaining about upload speed being low , i had it just for a few days , then it got alright by itself ,but now its continuous . i have asked the staff, the staff said if he comes around to my place, he will look in to the modem himself .if lco cant resolve tomorrow , i might have to register a complaint.

oh i tried with this 11111 things , but they fixed the upload speed at 12 am - 1am time today , after some no internet access period . now its fine, but still i dont see that first time racing speed in upload .
