Hi I have a question. So while setting up from router to bridge mode some r saying to clone mac adress to ur ppoe router such as D-Link or TP-Link

So in normal router mode of Syrotech router in wan connection the mac is different under "1_internet_R_222" eg. 11:22:33:44:55:66 so when I change to bridge mode then then under wan it becomes "1_internet_B_222" and mac become 11:22:33:44:55:01 as u can see in bridge mode the mac has been changed.

So my question if I want to clone mac to my D-Link then which mac I have to clone the router mode mac or bridge mode mac???

Since I am changing setup from route to bridge

Even after mac clone so do I have to ask bsnl vendor to delete my previous mac ?? Inorder to work .y bridge mode setup? Or just mac clone will work ????
.

You need to bind both mac id ,call local operator for help but mostly won't work due to bsnl policy . Facing same problem with airtel and jio ftth
