BSNL FTTH calls disconnects automatically

I’m having a very weird issue — whenever I call someone from my FTTH landline, the call ends abruptly after some seconds, sometimes it’s 30 seconds sometimes it’s 60 seconds sometimes 2 minutes.

The other party can’t hear anything and I hear a long beep. I have checked the wires and everything is correct.

if voip works well there must some trouble in landline phone/connection wire

Hi @Trex can you tell me your voice VLAN? Or series?

I'm on 292xxx series and 1831 VLAN. The reason I'm asking it because people are mostly facing it on 1831 VLAN

I have a BSNL FTTH connection which was converted from my BSNL broad band. Now the problem is the land phone connected to it, which is not functioning as earlier when it was a broad band connection. If I dial a number it connects and I can speak. But when a call comes to it, it rings but when I pick up the receiver, it disconnects immediately. Please advice.
