@Sanemi I didn't clone anything on Huawei ONT.
I just put the ONT on bridge mode, tagged VLAN and I cloned TEC certified MAC series on router.
 
@ddpk There will not be 3 profiles on ONT when you want to use PPPOE on router.
You need to delete the third profile and use one of the the two profile in bridge and other for landline. Also, verify that none of these two profiles have the PPPOE registered MAC addresses assigned.
When I do a reset on ONT and load the saved configuration then the mac addresses also get reset on the ONT
 


@ZeroTwo That’s interesting I’m wondering what OLT authentication was done on your LCO side normally it’s GPON s/n or for EPON it’s MAC address

Btw it’s GPON connection right ?
 
@!!..PD..!! - yes I made sure that the mac id that I copied was of the 3rd profile and i deleted that profile on ONT and the 2nd profile is in bridge with another mac and 1st profile is using voice . Do i need to tell the bsnl office to reset my Mac again?
