Yes for 849 50mbps to 100 mbps
1277 100mbps to 200 mbps
499 20mbps to 50mbps in tamilnadu circle check with your circle also

Still nothing in store for MTNL. It is dead I believe. Current MTNL plans are from October 2019.
Cannot wait for 1st Jan 2021 BSNL takeover of MTNL.

@alfaz_rayin , I hope Bsnl takes over entire fiber operations from MTNL post 1st january. Hope they would also provide fiber services to customers instead of just managing existing customers.
