I'm getting RX power of -26.93 through fiber cable but after connecting it to my TP-Link XC220 G3V it is going to -30 and more so what could be the reason?

I checked but that's not the issue, moreover bsnl is forcing me to change the router as I have not purchased from them. Can you please explain if this is router problem or not?

UPC and APC are different types of connectors, that will cause issue. Although XC220 can be configured to work on their network, it isn't TEC certified and BSNL won't support it. They have MAC address locks for ONTs and PPPoE and unless you can spoof that or they willingly allow your device, you have no choice.

I'm able to use Internet for rest of the day except morning. In morning isp light blinks continously but after 11 it gets connected and works normally

@Parth11 Get an adapter or change the patch cord to the APC one. XC220-G3v should work fine as it has MAC Spoofing built-in.
Probably get those blue UPC couplers and get a patch cord with UPC to APC. Or ask BSNL to splice it to APC.
If it has a coupler from the TJ box, then just get the UPC-APC cable.
