My plan is 699. I received the bill today for 699 + 125, totaling 824, and the payable amount is 965. What is this? In the last bill, they also did something similar.
Something is certainly off.
It is possible there was a shortfall in payment from the previous bill.
These are some one-time service charges of BSNL. However, this should be mentioned in the bill.
Upload the detailed bill from BSNL. It should have been delivered to the registered email ID. The bill is also available on Selfcare Portal.
If it is not available online, then approach your local BSNL office and get a printout of the duplicate bill. Then take a photo of the physical bill or scan the same and upload to Imgur, and share the link here.
Its saying adjustment charges +139 but i also paid 139 adjustment charges last month then why now ( btw this is my second bill after getting connection )
@shivanshu BSNL is charging one month's' plan amount as security deposit split into 5 months after taking a new connection. I was charged 155.39 for 777 plan.
