I have received message from BSNL that my Hotstar has been unsubscribed. I am on fiber super star premium plan. How to get back hotstar? Whom should I contact?
They're downgrading users on Hotstar Premium to Hotstar Super. You should have gotten a WhatsApp message that you are eligible for Hotstar Super Plan. You need to click the 'Claim OTT' button there and follow onscreen instructions.
I visited the BSNL office and got it activated from there as I was not receiving the message. Luckily after going to 4 different desks the 4th person helped me.
